PAYMENT POLICY

Registration and Insurance fee and form are due with tuition to reserve class. Fee is renewable annually in the month of first class taken and covers students for all Dynamo programs (classes, teams, camps). Forms must have current information.

Tuition is due two weeks prior to the first class of each eight week session. Tuition is due in full if any class of session is taken. Credit/Debit Cards on file will be charged if payment is not received and your child has taken a class in the current session. Pick up a session calendar from our office.

Checks (payable to Dynamo Gymnastics with student names on the memo line), Cash, & Credit Cards (Visa/MC) are accepted.

Students enrolling in the middle of a session will be pro-rated. Pro-rated fees apply to new members only.

There are no refunds or credits as a make-up policy is available.

There is a $30 fee for returned checks. You must pay the original check amount plus the returned check fee in cash or by certified bank check or money order.

MAKE-UP POLICY

Students have 30 days to make up a class due to illness, family vacation, gym closings (inclement weather, holidays), etc.

Students must be enrolled in the current session in order to be eligible for a make-up class from the previous session.

Parents are asked to call the gym when an absence is expected. You must sign up for a make-up class in your child's age group within the 30 day time period.

No more than the maximum number of students, including make-up students will be permitted. This policy allows for optimum training time. It is ideal to make-up a class during the same week as the missed class in order to receive the same lesson.

Team members do not have regularly scheduled make-ups because their tuition is paid on a monthly basis rather than by session; however, the team director may schedule make-ups when necessary for the benefit of the athletes.
