Gymnastics Classes
Pre-School Gymnastics
Our 2 year old students participate in a 30 minute gymnastics class that introduces movement education through axial movements at different levels, ranges, and directions. They develop spatial awareness as they practice stretching, bending, twisting, and turning. They build confidence and perseverance as they learn balance. Our specialized pre-school area utilizes junior apparatus and motor development equipment. The junior training bars, balance beams, and vaulting boards are sized just right for little hands and feet. The action shapes and mats include wedges, octagons, blockbusters, steps, and trapezoids which are used to promote the development of basic gymnastics fundamentals. Students will be stimulated to expand their agility, flexibility, and strength. This coed class with a student to teacher ratio of 6 to 1.

Our 3 year old students participate in a 45 minute gymnastics class that introduces physical fitness through locomotor movements at varying degrees of force, speed, and space. They develop body awareness as they practice running, jumping, hopping, skipping, galloping, and leaping. They build confidence and perseverance as they learn coordination. Our specialized pre-school area utilizes junior apparatus and motor development equipment. The junior training bars, balance beams, and vaulting boards are sized just right for little hands and feet. The action shapes and mats include wedges, octagons, blockbusters, steps, and trapezoids which are used to promote the development of basic gymnastics fundamentals. Students will be stimulated to expand their agility, flexibility, and strength. This coed class with a student to teacher ratio of 7 to 1.

Girls Gymnastics
Our 4+ year old students participate in a 60 minute gymnastics class that introduces the Olympic apparatus and specialized training equipment. They learn gymnastics drills and skills on the vault table, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise. They utilize in-ground trampolines, in-ground tumbl trak, in-ground foam and resi pits, and motor development equipment. All training methods follow proper progressions for the beginner through advanced student as they build confidence, determination, and self-discipline. Students develop physical fitness through structured conditioning which incorporates stamina, strength, and flexibility. Our girls gymnastics classes are grouped into age divisions: 4-5 years old, 6-7 years old,
6-7-8 years old, and 8+ years old old with a student to teacher ratio of 8 to 1.

Boys Gymnastics
Our 4+ year old students participate in a 60 minute gymnastics class that introduces the Olympic apparatus and specialized training equipment. They learn gymnastics drills and skills on the vault table, still rings, bars, and floor exercise. They utilize in-ground trampolines, in-ground tumbl trak, in-ground foam and resi pits, and motor development equipment. All training methods  follow proper progressions for the beginner through advanced student as they build confidence, determination, and self-discipline. Students develop physical fitness through structured conditioning which incorporates stamina, strength, and flexibility. Our boys gymnastics classes are grouped into age divisions: 4-5-6 years old and 5+ years old with a student to teacher ratio of 8 to 1.

Tumbling & Trampoline Classes
Beginner Tumbling-Level 1
Our 6+ year old students participate in a 60 minute tumbling class that introduces tumbling basics on the floor exercise. They learn forward and backward rolls, limbers, walkovers and handsprings, cartwheels, round-offs, and round-off backhandsprings. The in-ground trampolines, tumbl trak, and specialized training equipment are used to enhance learning in proper progressions. Students develop physical fitness through structured conditioning which incorporates stamina, strength, and flexibility.

Intermediate Tumbling-Level 2
Our 6+ year old students participate in a 60 minute tumbling class that introduces intermediate tumbling skills on the floor exercise. Students must have mastered the beginner tumbling skill list. They learn back handspring series, round-off back handspring series, and round-off back handspring tucks. They utilize the in-ground tumbl trak which leads into a loose foam pit at one end and a resi pit at the other end. The spring floor exercise system has an extended tumbling strip that leads into an in-ground loose foam pit to teach higher level tumbling. In-ground trampolines are also used to maximize learning. Students develop physical fitness through structured conditioning which incorporates stamina, strength, and flexibility.

Advanced Tumbling-Level 3
Our 6+ year old students participate in a 60 minute tumbling class that introduces advanced tumbling skills on the floor exercise. Students must have mastered the intermediate tumbling skill list. They learn aerials, front tucks and layouts, standing back tucks, round-off backhandspring layouts and twisting layouts. They utilize the in-ground tumbl trak which leads into a loose foam pit at one end and a resi pit at the other end. The spring floor exercise system has an extended tumbling strip that leads into an in-ground loose foam pit to teach higher level tumbling. In-ground trampolines are also used to maximize learning. Students develop physical fitness through structured conditioning which incorporates stamina, strength, and flexibility.

Fitness Class
Our 6+ year old students participate in a 60 minute conditioning class that focuses on physical fitness. Students will develop stamina, strength, and flexibility. Future plans include a sports-specific conditioning program for local middle and high school athletes who desire to be at the top of their game.  

Private Lessons
Our 4+ year old registered students may sign up for a private (one student) or semi-private (two students) lesson. Choose a 30 or 60 minute lesson focusing on your choice of learning activities.
