Lori Ann Guenther won the Level 7 Balance Beam with a personal best score 9.175. She also scored personal bests on both Floor (9.050), and in the All-Around (35.275)! Maria Dounoulis scored a 9.750 to tie the Level 4 Record on the Vault set previously by Mariah Hubbard during the 2006-2007 season. | The Dynamo Gymnastics Level 8 Team competed in the Sectional Championships held at Precision on February 7, 2010! Our dynamos won sectional titles and broke gym club records!!! Jena Johns won the Floor Exercise title scoring 9.375 en route to winning the All-Around title with a personal best 36.575. Jena also broke the Level 8 Uneven Bars record, scoring 9.450!!! Brittany Hull won the Level 8 Balance Beam title scoring 9.425 to tie her own gym club record. She also tied for first on floor with Jena!!! Mariah Hubbard broke the Level 8 Vault record, scoring 9.300!!! |

| Dynamos win at Level 8 State Championships!!! Brittany Hull & Jena Johns won gold medals at Level 8 States held at Rutgers University in Livingston on March 21, 2010! The Dynamo Teammates captured gold medals on the floor exercise as they were co-champions in the Junior C Age Division both scoring 9.375 and will represent Team New Jersey in the Level 8 Regional Championships to be held in Churchville, MD at the end of April where they will compete against the top gymnasts from NJ, PA, DE, MD, VA, and WV. Brittany Hull, 12 of Galloway Township won four medals as she placed first on floor (9.375), second on beam (9.325), third all-around (36.375), and fourth on vault (9.225). Jena Johns, 12 of Egg Harbor Township won five medals as she placed first on floor (9.375), fourth all-around (36.200), fifth on bars (8.8), ninth on vault (9.025), and ninth on beam (9.0). Mariah Hubbard, 11 of Galloway Township won two medals in the Junior A Age Division as she placed sixth on floor (9.375) and scored a new gym record (9.400) on vault to tie for tenth place. After the Level 8 Regional Championships in April, the girls will train Level 9 for the 2010-2011 competitive season. |

| The Dynamo Gymnastics Team competed in the Swing Into Spring Invite at Atlantic Coast on April 10, 2010! Jena Johns, 12 of EHT won three events and the all-around in the Gold Division. She placed first on beam (9.45), first on bars (9.3), first on vault (8.85), second on floor (9.35), and first all-around (36.95). Lori Ann Guenther, 12 of Port Republic had the top score of the day on vault in the Silver Division. She won the vault (9.4), and also placed second on floor (9.2), second on bars (8.35), fourth on beam (8.9) and second in the all-around (35.85). Cassey DeStefano, 7 of Galloway competed in her first optional meet in the Bronze Division. She won a trophy for performing the best bars dismount and also qualified in the all-around to the state meet. |

| Dynamos compete at Level 8 Regional Championships!!! Brittany Hull & Jena Johns competed at the Level 8 Regionals held at ACPR in Churchville, MD on April 24, 2010! The top 48 gymnasts from NJ, DE, PA, MD, VA, and WV competed with the top 10 on each event and in the all-around earning medals. Brittany scored a 9.350 to place 5th on the balance beam. Brittany had the 2nd highest AA score (36.350) & Jena had the 3rd highest AA score (36.175) for Team NJ in the Junior C Age Division. All four of Brittany's event scores (Vault-9.100, Bars-8.550, Beam-9.350, Floor-9.350) and three of Jena's event scores (Bars-8.925, Beam-9.200, Floor-9.350) contributed to Team New Jersey's total. Jena had the top uneven bars score for her team and also finished 11th on beam. Both girls also finished in the top 15 on floor exercise, tying for 13th place. |
